Defibrillator Training

This relaxed 2-hour course offers EASY TO UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS and hands on practice on how use use an AED. Our goal is to remove the fears associated with using an AED and make participants feel more comfortable and confident in the abilities when using the device. This class is well suited for the workplace, sports teams and leagues, schools or any private sector environment that provides AED access.

Did you know that someone in cardiac arrest only has a 4% survival rate with conventional CPR? That survival rate can increase up to 90% if defibrillation is applied within the 1st minute of cardiac arrest! AED’s save lives. Be the difference!

Note that this is a NON CERTIFICATION COURSE.

Topics Covered include What is a AED, Patient Assessment and when to call 911, What to do when an AED arrives, and a review of CPR.

Course: This is a NON-CERTIFICATION COURSE. This course is idea for anyone who wishes to learn how to use an AED so that they are prepared to save a life. Participants will be encouraged by its simplicity and empowered with the confidence to act if they witness a cardiac arrest.
