Defibrillators are now available from National Capital First Aid. We will hand-deliver your AED to your Ottawa / Gatineau location. We also ship to all locations in Ontario. * Please note, a $75 flat rate shipping will apply to each defibrillator shipped.

Cancellation Policy

72 hour notice is required for all cancellations or changes in order to obtain refund. A $30.00 administration fee will incur. Cancellations or switches made within 72 hours of a course will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Lateness for a Course

To ensure your participation in the class, please arrive on time. WSIB has mandated that every student must attend 100% of the course. If late, you will be required to re-register and repay. By registering you are guaranteeing that you will be able to attend the day of training as well as being on time. A basic level of English as well as a comprehensive understanding of the language is required to successfully complete the courses.
